One student uploads what helped them pass; the next one searches, previews, and buys exactly what their course needs. Founding sellers keep 100% of every sale until February 28, 2027; on the standard rate, sellers keep 70%. Payouts go out each week.

Where this came from

It started with a simple frustration. The best notes on any course almost never reach the people who'd benefit most. They sit in one person's laptop, or get passed around a group chat until the link dies. Meanwhile the student who wrote them, who sat through every lecture and organised every chapter, gets nothing for it.

We wanted a straightforward fix. Give those notes a real home, let buyers see exactly what they're getting first, and route the money to the person who did the work. No subscriptions, no gatekeeping, no pretending an algorithm knows your syllabus better than you do.

What we stand for

1. 1.If your work helps someone else pass, you should get paid for it. Generosity is nice; a fair cut is better.
2. 2.Nobody should buy notes blind. A free preview on every document is non-negotiable.
3. 3.Other students are the best judges of quality. Their ratings decide what rises, not us.
4. 4.You pay for the one document you need, and nothing else. No monthly fee hanging over your head.
5. 5.How you use a study aid is between you and your school. We provide the material; the rest is on you.

How sellers get paid

Open a seller account, connect your bank through Stripe in a couple of minutes, upload a document, and choose a price. After that it runs itself. Buyers download, you keep your share of every sale, and we send your money to your bank each week once it clears the $10 minimum. No long holds, no chasing invoices.

Founding sellers keep 100% until February 28, 2027. After that, and for everyone who joins later, our cut is a flat 30%, with no tiers or sales targets to hit. You can see exactly how each sale breaks down in your earnings dashboard.

Keeping the bar high

Quality comes from three things, strongest first: the free preview on every document, honest ratings from people who actually bought it, and a moderation queue that pulls anything breaking the rules.

We act on copyright takedowns quickly, and anyone who repeatedly uploads work that isn't theirs loses their account.
