Doczaar is a student-to-student marketplace for study material: course notes, worked past papers, exam guides, summaries, and flashcards. One student uploads what helped them pass; the next one searches, previews, and buys exactly what their course needs. The seller keeps 70% of every sale, paid out each week.

We don't write the notes and we don't grade anyone. We just make the good stuff easy to find, fair to buy, and worth uploading.

It started with a simple frustration: the best notes on any course almost never reach the people who'd benefit most. They sit in one person's laptop, or get passed around a group chat until the link dies. Meanwhile the student who wrote them — who sat through every lecture and organised every chapter — gets nothing for it.

We wanted a straightforward fix. Give those notes a real home, let buyers see exactly what they're getting first, and route the money to the person who did the work. No subscriptions, no gatekeeping, no pretending an algorithm knows your syllabus better than you do.

Open a seller account, connect your bank through Stripe in a couple of minutes, upload a document, and choose a price. After that it runs itself: buyers download, you keep a flat 70% of every sale, and we send your money to your bank each week once it clears the $10 minimum. No long holds, no chasing invoices.

Our cut is a flat 30% — the same for everyone, with no tiers or sales targets to hit. You can see exactly how each sale breaks down in your earnings dashboard.

Quality comes from three things, strongest first: the free preview on every document, honest ratings from people who actually bought it, and a moderation queue that pulls anything breaking the rules.

We act on copyright takedowns quickly, and anyone who repeatedly uploads work that isn't theirs loses their account.
