How can I pay?
Card payments run through Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay included.
I was charged but didn't get the file. What now?
Check Your purchases on your dashboard first, since the document appears there as soon as the payment clears. If it isn't there after a few minutes, email support@doczaar.com with the email address on your card receipt.
What if a document isn't what it claimed?
Email support@doczaar.com within 24 hours of buying it. We usually refund documents that are badly mis-described, corrupted, or uploaded by someone who isn't the author.
How do I report abuse or a copied document?
Email support@doczaar.com with a link to the document or profile and what's wrong with it. If it copies work you own, send a copyright takedown instead, so we can act on it under the DMCA.
What can I upload?
Notes, study guides and past-paper walkthroughs you wrote yourself, as PDF, Word (docx), PowerPoint (pptx), OpenDocument (odt), or RTF files. Copied textbook pages and other people's work are not allowed.
Why was my upload rejected?
The upload form says why it turned a file down, for example an unsupported file type or a price below the minimum. If we took a document down after it went on sale, it was usually a copyright complaint. Email support@doczaar.com and we'll tell you what happened.
When do I get paid?
Payouts run weekly through Stripe once your approved earnings pass $10. Your first sale starts the clock.
My payout setup won't finish. What do I do?
The payout panel on your earnings page says what Stripe still needs from you, such as an ID check or bank details. If it says there's nothing to do and nothing changes after a few days, email support@doczaar.com.
Which countries can sell?
You choose your country when you set up payouts, and Stripe decides which countries it can pay out to. If yours isn't offered, email support@doczaar.com.
How do I verify my email?
We email you a link when you sign up. If it expired or never arrived, press Resend verification in the banner on your dashboard.
How do I change my email address?
Email support@doczaar.com from the address you signed up with, and tell us the new one. We'll change it once we've checked the account is yours.
Is browsing free?
Yes. Creating an account and browsing are free. You only pay when you download a document.
Are reviews moderated?
Yes. A person approves each review before it appears. We allow critical reviews, and remove abuse, spam, and reviews from people who haven't bought the document.
Will my uploads be used to train AI?
Never. We don't feed uploaded documents to AI models, ours or anyone else's. They only go to the people who buy them.
